I am a huge advocate of waste not want not, slow food movement, and buy fresh buy local. After having lived in a place where I had to carry my water from a spring to where I was cooking and seeing people struggle with finding enough food to eat, I've learned how important it is to not waste water or food. We live in a society where consumerism is king, and our food industry is one of the huge culprits. I'm hoping to document ways to eat fresh, local, and have less impact on the environment.
I work at Gorman Heritage Farm in Cincinnati, Ohio as the Assistant Program manager, and am a freelance graphic designer at JaC Design.
